甘佺,博士,硕士生导师。20166月毕业于中国科学技术大学核科学技术专业,获得工学博士学位;20167-20193月任中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院助理研究员,20193-20207月,任中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院副研究员,20207-至今任凤麟核中科超睿(青岛)技术有限公司董事长。
