    张培颖,辽宁盘锦人,博士,硕士生导师。2019年9月毕业于北京邮电大学信息与通信工程专业,获得工学博士学位,师从中国互联网之父刘韵洁院士、姚海鹏教授。担任SCI期刊Drones、International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems和CMC-Computers Materials & Continua的编委,多个SCI期刊的客座编辑,以第一/通信作者发表SCI期刊SCI一区/CCF A类/IEEE Trans等60余篇。和清华大学、北京航空航天大学、电子科技大学、北京邮电大学、西安电子科技大学有紧密的学术合作关系,表现优秀同学可以推荐到上述高校继续深造。
